This document explains what information is collected on proktoloq.az, what it is used for and how it is protected. The website provides information about the medical practice of Dr. Ellada Manafova.
By using the website, you confirm that you have read these rules. This document is based on the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Personal Data”.
What information is collected?
Information you enter in the appointment form
When you fill in the appointment form on the website, we collect only these fields:

You are not required to write your complaint or health information in the form. Please do not enter diagnoses, test results or other sensitive medical information in the form; we will discuss these directly at the appointment.
Technical information
When you submit a request, to protect against spam and abuse, we store the date of submission, the type of browser and an irreversibly encrypted trace (hash) of your IP address. The IP address itself is not stored.
Cookies and analytics
The website does not require any tracking cookies to work. Your cookie consent choice is stored in your browser's memory (localStorage) and is not sent to the website's side.
Analytics (for example, Google Analytics or Yandex Metrica) is loaded only after you give consent. If you do not give consent, no analytics script is loaded. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the website.
To measure the website's speed, page load metrics (for example, loading time) are collected anonymously. These measurements contain no information that identifies you.
Map and external services
The map on the contact page does not load automatically. A request is sent to Google only when you press the “Show map” button. When you click the WhatsApp and Instagram links, those services' own privacy rules apply.
How is the information used?
The information we collect is used only for these purposes:
- to contact you and arrange the appointment time;
- to respond to your request;
- to ensure the technical operation and security of the website.
Your information is not used for advertising and is not sold to third parties.
How long is the information kept?
Appointment requests are kept for 180 days and are then deleted automatically. Anti-spam records are deleted within one day. A patient's medical records are not kept on the website but in the clinic's own archive and are governed by the clinic's rules.
Your rights
In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, you may:
- find out what information about you is stored;
- request the correction of incorrect information;
- request the deletion of your information;
- withdraw the consent you have given.

Children's information
The website is not intended for collecting information from persons under the age of 18. An appointment for a child must be made by a parent or legal representative.
Security
The website runs over the HTTPS protocol, and form submissions are protected against spam and abuse. Even so, no information transmitted over the internet can be completely secure. We recommend that you share sensitive medical information at the appointment rather than in an online form.
Changes
This document may be updated. The date of the update is shown at the end of the page. If there is an important change, we announce it on the website.
